（中央社記者邱國強北京14日電）陸媒報導，信用卡機構萬事達（Mastercard）調查顯示，中國大陸民眾過情人節的平均花費預算達310美元（約新台幣9620元），高居亞太第1；而男方付錢的「他買經濟」則是主流。

第一財經報導，這項調查指出，整個亞太地區的男性購買情人節禮物的預算，比女性多25%。男性選購的禮物以鮮花為主，女性則以服裝及皮製品為主。

報導指出，中國大陸男朋友們的錢包若已準備好了，在情人節花錢秀恩愛則「正中商家下懷」。而口紅可能是中國大陸民眾最喜愛的情人節禮物之一。

報導提到，包括南韓及歐洲的化妝品業者，都把中國大陸視為重點經營的市場，並藉由及韓劇及廣告，推銷自家的口紅，甚至也將廣告的訴求鎖定男性，讓男性肯為女伴花錢買口紅。

報導指出，中國大陸80、90後（1990年後出生）的年輕女性對彩妝的使用，較上一代女性更普遍，這使得2015年全中國大陸的彩妝市場營收突破人民幣200億元（新台幣920億元），也讓情人節成為化妝業者衝刺業績的重要節日。1060214
 

 

 

復興航空無預警停飛解散，民航局前局長張國政昨天表達有意願接手興航經營，不過，在復興航空航權將被收回的情況下，張國政今天(30日)召開記者會表示，「巧婦難為無米之炊」，他宣布退出承接興航。

張國政指出，為協助政府解決問題，幫復興航空員工找出路，他原來是接受恆春「五里坪機場活化案」合作團隊的建議，欲出面承擔責任，希望在現有航權的基礎下，替復興航空爭取時間，完成復航計畫。但他理解主管機關依法行政收回復興航權，決定退出承接復興航空。

由於復興航空昨天送給民航局的「陳述書」中，完全沒提到復航計畫，航權遭收回幾乎已成定局，民航局表示，航權收回將送交通部拍板，預計12月底就會完成航權收回後的分配程序。
